Additional information

Deposit: 50% initial payment will be required on receipt of this booking form. You will receive an email with payment details by return and your date will be held for 10 days from the date of that email to give you time to make the payment. Your date will not be secured beyond 10 days unless the payment is received.

Photographs: This contractual booking form serves as release for any one photograph that includes me to be used by me for promotional purposes e.g. a photograph of me with the couple; only after the publication of wedding photos by the couple themselves and guarantees they will not be intentionally exploited in any way.

By signing this contractual booking form we:

· understand and agree to my Terms of Service and Right to Cancel.

· agree to you holding our personal data for the purposes of creating and delivering the ceremony.

· confirm that we understand the requirement to authorise 50% payment.
