Your Right to Cancel –Celebrancy.

You have a right to cancel this contractual booking without giving any reason within 14 days of entering into this contract with Di. However, if the service of this contract has been fully performed, that is, completed, this contract cannot be cancelled.

To meet the cancellation deadline, you must inform Di that you wish to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. This notification must be in writing, this can be sent by email.

Unless there are extenuating circumstances should you wish to cancel your ceremony after the 14 day period and prior to 28 days before the event all, or part of, the 50% initial payment will be charged.  If the ceremony is cancelled with less than 28 days to the event, the full fees will apply.

Please Note  - In most cases Di will retain a pro-rata payment for work already undertaken and for the potential loss of other business on the date she has been holding for you. The amount retained will depend upon how far through the ceremony creation process we are.

Any postponement of the event will be honoured providing there is availability to do so.  In this event, you should discuss dates with Di in order to ensure she can honour your request, otherwise the above cancellation fees will apply

EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION

By agreement it may be reimbursed in part once a fee for any costs incurred is agreed.

If you choose to cancel with less than 28 days till the ceremony the fee will not be reimbursed.

REFUND

Di will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
